150g/kg manganese as a vegetable proteinate.

Directions

BIOPLEX™ MANGANESE contains 150 g / kg of manganese for use in manufacturing livestock rations where the inclusion of manganese as an organic chelate is desirable. The precise dietary requirement will be dependent on the composition of the feed and the particular animal species involved. To ensure optimum animal performance BEC recommends that a professional animal nutritionist is consulted when formulating animal rations.

FUNCTION

Activator of several enzyme systems involved in protein and energy metabolism. Formation of bone and connective tissues, blood clotting, insulin action, cholesterol synthesis.

DEFICIENCY

Poor growth, lameness, shortness and bowing of legs, enlarged joints, decreased egg production/hatchability in poultry, reduced reproductive function.
